This is not a movie nor a drama in real life. Yet, 48 addicted to friendship moms from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and even from Germany and U.S.A gathered to celebrate a day of fun filled event and a get together that will surely marked each others life for a long period of time.
I am lucky that I have been a part of this community. I have been a very private person until I have learned how to blog and there i have started to share my thoughts and eventually help me earn a little. For all who does not know the meaning of PMC, it’s a Pinay Mommies Community, a group of Filipino or Pinay Mommy Bloggers that help one another through thick and thin. It was founded by Mommy Ruby Ricafrente or Mommy Rubz for short. The word, solidarity is not an exaggeration but pictures would be the living proof of how this community is growing and striving to create a dominant name that will be known not just here in the Philippines but also worldwide.
The recently, 2011 Most Influential Blog Awards is just a proof that this community has something to say in terms of camaraderie and solidarity but of course just any other group, we are striving our best to create loyalty and deeper friendship.
The 2nd Grand EB that happens last November 22, 2011 at Aling Tonya’s Seafood Restaurant, D. Macapagal Avenue Pasay City is only the beginning of a far better future for the group and of course, I would not missed the opportunity to meet my fellow bloggers. That is why, as early as May this year, my mind has already settled that I will join this event but it does not goes smoothly as planned and there were indications that even at the last hour, I could not attend the event but with much gratitude and faith from above, I was able to do so.
MY FIRST BICOL EXPRESS RIDE
It was a rainy afternoon when I left Naga City, I have high hopes but my mind is also lingering from the thoughts of my darling babies and at the same time excited for my first Bicol Express Ride (separate posts will follow). I thought, it was also a good time for me to try the train ride, an experience yet to share with my readers too. The 11 hours train ride was all worth it. It goes smoothly and i had a wonderful time and great stories to tell about my experience.

Riding the Bicol Express
RAINY AFTERNOON
Even the rain could not stop the enthusiasm of this 48 moms and the room which we occupied was filled with laughter and endless stories. More laughter echoes because of the two emcee, Sis Ning and Cielo who is far better than celebrity hosts Pokwang and Eugene Domingo.
INSPIRATIONAL TALK from PMC founder;
Pinay Mommies Community would not be PMC or vice versa without it’s brain and founder. Mommy Ruby who even came from Cagayan De Oro along with her whole family gave a brief introduction and history of PMC and the future plans that we all look forward to have.

FOODS & GENEROUS SPONSORS
Seafoods, pork, vegetables, Soups, it’s a complete meal that made my hungry stomach craves for more. The food was great but it is more good if i was able to eat the crabs well. I wish to eat it using my hand but i thought that I would be in a mess and I might not able to wash my hands, so I opt to eat them using my spoon and pork .

At Aling Tonya's Seafood Restaurant
We are also lucky because we have mommies like Mommy Pehpot and the other PMC moms who talked with major companies to sponsor items for our event.

Time flies fast and all of us is so “bitin” because we have a very limited time to talk with each other and get to know each other more. We never had the time to play games because all are very busy giving/exchanging the tokens we brought for each other. If you were there, you will personally experience the loud voices and commotion we had during that time. After all, every body is trying to had their share of this beautiful loots.

Token from our PMC EB
It was like Divisoria and Baclaran combined into one but it was a lot of fun, fun, fun.

Proud PMC Moms
and of course, I would never missed the chance to take a souvenir pose from the brain (promotor as we called her) itself.

With Mommy Rubz, a friend, my host, mentor,
PR moms is officially launched and future projects are now in the subject. This coming December, PMC will take big heights in helping a charity institution and of course another get together that will serve as a Christmas Party. (Too sad, i could not make it this time) but this is just the beginning of many projects to come.
Even the newspaper is sharing our happiness as People’s Tonight , November 24 issues shows our beautiful and happy faces. (did you see me in the middle?)

People's Tonight, november 24, 2011 issue
PMC’s second EB is a success and we are looking forward to many get together in the near future. Now, we are back on the comfort of our own home again, and our only communication is the internet. The memories we all shared that day will linger on and every time we see each other in the net, there is always a good thoughts to reminisce, funny things to talk about and of course, wonderful memories that are captured in photographs.
P.S. Special Thanks to Mommy Eihdra and Mommy Mauie Flores for the pictures and of course to all the organizers who have worked hard.
